Simple dessert with the taste of coffee and creamy cream.

First, prepare the Parisian cream. Whip the Parisian cream with one stiffener to cream and chill properly. Prepare the second cream by whipping the 33% cream and one stiffener. Let it cool properly as well.

Prepare the dough. Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the granola and stir until dissolved. Add milk, oil and mix well. Pour in the coffee, but not hot. Stir in the plain flour, cocoa powder and finally the baking powder. If you like the intense taste of coffee, add a teaspoon of ground coffee to the batter.

Pour the prepared dough on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. While it is still hot, pour the hot coffee over it. Remove and let cool.

Place the cremes in a pastry bag and alternately spread over the pastry. If you don’t have a pastry bag handy, you can also use a spoon to spread the creams. Let the cake cool and serve.
