Wheat risotto with grilled Vegetable Recipes

ingredients

1 pk eggplant 3 pk white radishes 1 pk carrots 1 cup of wheat 1 handful of olives 2 cloves garlic olive oil salt ground black pepper chilli sauce

procedure

1. Dump the wheat into salted water, add a handful of olives and their juices and cover with 2 cups of water. Let the water evaporate. 2. In the meantime, clean, wash, dice and lightly coat all the Vegetable Recipes with olive oil. 3. Spread on baking paper and bake at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. 4. Toss the finished Vegetable Recipes into the cooked pesto and season with salt and chilli sauce to taste. 5. Enjoy!
