1 pk broccoli 2 pk carrots 1 pk onions 1 cup of wheat 1 cup of water 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp chilli sauce salt ground black pepper olive oil
procedure
1. First, steam your wheat with boiling water, then pour water (1:2 ratio) and cook until the water evaporates. 2. Meanwhile, fry the onion in oil, add the diced carrots, sliced garlic and sauté briefly until golden. 3. Then add the carrots, garlic, drained canned beans and broccoli. 4. Pour soy sauce, water, season with salt, curry pepper and 1/2KL of chili sauce. 5. Finally, add cooked wheat, stir everything together and serve. 6. Enjoy!
