Wheat-banana porridge with honey nuts

250 g wheat 750 ml water 2 pcs banana 1/2 KL cinnamon 1 handful raisins 150 g walnuts 2 tbsp honey 150 g butter pcs banana for garnish
procedure

Rinse the wheat with boiling water and cook according to the instructions until soft

Add the mashed bananas, cinnamon and raisins to the cooked wheat. You may or may not chop the walnuts into smaller pieces and toast them briefly in a dry pan. Then add the honey and let them caramelize for about 3 minutes. Finally, add the butter, turn off the heat and let the butter slowly melt.

Place the porridge on a plate, sprinkle with honey nuts and garnish with banana slices. Enjoy!
