200 g plain flour 200 g granulated sugar 4 pk egg 3 tbsp cocoa 1 pk baking powder 1 dl oil 1 pinch salt

3 dl milk 1 tbsp butter 100 g cooking chocolate 100 g milk chocolate 100 g crystal sugar 1 pk vanillin sugar

In a separate bowl, mix flour,cocoa, baking powder and salt. Whisk together the sugar and eggs until frothy.

Next, add the oil and powdered ingredients. Mix everything together until smooth and pour onto a greased and floured baking sheet (30×20) Bake at 190°C for 20-25 minutes.

While the cake is baking, prepare the frosting. Add the butter, chocolate chips and sugar to the warm mixture and let it melt, stirring constantly.

Slice the baked cake while still warm and pour the warm icing over it. It will soak in beautifully on its own.
