Toast with a spread of grated cheese, butter, beer, milk and mustard.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Prepare the toasts and put them in a warm place
2. Melt the butter in a very small pan
3. Stir in the grated cheese and then the beer (milk) a teaspoon at a time and stir until the mixture is smooth
4. Season with mustard and paprika and soften with egg yolks
5. Heat but do not boil
6. Spread the mixture over the toast and serve immediately.
