Weight watchers Broccoli Pasta Salad
Here is the broccoli pasta salad recipe, a light and refreshing salad, easy and simple to make. Enjoy as an appetizer or a light meal.
Ingredients for 2 people: – 8 Smartpoints / person –
100 g pasta (butterflies or the other)
200 g broccoli
60 g fresh goat cheese
2 tomato
4 Tablespoons of dressing (Weight wtachers 0 point dressing recipe)
Preparation:
Wash and chop the broccoli. .
Then cook them in boiling salted water for 10 to 15 min.
Once cooked, drain and keep the cuissan water in the pan.
Put the pasta in the pan (broccoli cooking water ) then let it cook 15 min.
