Weaver’s drůbky on beer
Cooked chicken fritters with root Vegetable Recipes, washed down with beer and broth.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cook the washed hearts and gizzards in salted water until tender, along with cleaned, chopped root Vegetable Recipes and unpeeled onions.
2. Drain when cold, set the broth aside and cut the giblets and Vegetable Recipes into cubes or strips
3. Make a light roux from the fat and plain flour, pour in beer and 50 ml of broth and cook until thickened
