Procedure:
1. Wash the lettuce and let it drain thoroughly, then break it into individual leaves
2. Slice the melons and remove the seeds with a spoon, then cut the melons into thin marigolds
3. Cut the washed figs into quarters
4. Arrange the ingredients on plates, add thin slices of Parma ham and green peppercorns
5. Drizzle with olive oil, lime juice and sprinkle with Parmesan shavings.
