200 g powdered sugar 250 g butter 200 g ground nuts 180 g plain flour special 5 pcs egg white 1/2 pk baking powder

Traditional, Christmas:

Beat the butter with the sugar,

Add nuts, baking powder,flour and mix together.

Add the beaten cream and mix.

Pour the batter onto a greased and floured baking sheet and bake.

While the cake is baking, whip the egg yolk icing and

spread the icing over the hot cake.allow to dry and then cut into slices.
