Walnut Rabbit

Spiced portions of rabbit coated in bacon, browned and then smothered with potatoes and onions

Ingredients:

1 piece of smaller rabbit 10 pcs of small onions 3 pcs garlic cloves 250 g of bacon 250 g of garlic small potatoes 20 g oil ground black pepper salt a little water to baste

Procedure:

1. Cut the cleaned rabbit into smaller pieces and stuff them with garlic and bacon noodles
2. Salt, wrap the pieces in bacon slices, tie with toothpicks and bake in hot oil in a covered baking dish
3. When the rabbit meat is semi-soft, add the peeled onion and small, scraped potatoes (all whole)
5. Continue to simmer, basting the meat and potatoes frequently with the hot juices, until all the ingredients are completely softened.
