Walnut Pesto

Pesto prepared with olive oil, parsley leaves and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

25 g of walnuts 1 small bunch parsley 1 piece garlic cloves 1 dcl olive oil lemon juice salt

Procedure:

1. Mix parsley, peeled, crushed garlic clove, walnuts chopped finely and dry roasted
2. Then gradually add the olive oil to obtain a spreadable mass, which is salted to taste and seasoned with a little lemon juice.
