Wallachian Potato Soup with Peas

Soup from Wallachia. A thick soup of root Vegetable Recipes, mushrooms, potatoes, garlic and spices, according to this recipe still set with peas. Sometimes sliced sausage is added to this soup.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Soak the peas overnight and the next day cook until soft and mash
2. Cook the cleaned potatoes also, cut half of them into cubes, half of them are pressed and added to the pressed peas
3. Add the broth in which we cooked the Vegetable Recipes to the crushed peas and potatoes and let it simmer briefly
5. Add the pre-soaked mushrooms, chopped Vegetable Recipes and diced potatoes to the soup
6. Season the soup with marjoram, garlic, salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes
