Wallachian Bites

Simplified pork noodles accompanied by sautéed mushrooms, served in a dill sauce prepared from stock, sour cream, milk, dill and other ingredients.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the meat into larger noodles, clean the onion and mushrooms, chop the onion finely, slice the mushrooms
2. Brown the onion in the lard, add the meat, fry, salt and pepper, let the meat pull, then pour hot water and let simmer
3. In the other pan fry the mushrooms, when the meat is almost done, add these fried mushrooms to it
4. Add some milk and plain flour to the sour cream, stir and thicken the meat
5. Finally, season the Wallachian pieces with a spoonful of chopped dill.
Recommendation:
Serve the Wallachian pieces with dumplings, pasta or potatoes.
