Heat the milk with the sugar on a plate. Add the chocolate and margarine and stir until melted.

Remove from the plate and add the crushed biscuits while still hot.

Beat with a mixer for just a few seconds to bring the mixture together nicely.

Fill the wafers, weigh them down and let them set.
