Vospi apur in the Armenian way

400 g potatoes 300 g beef 160 g lentils 60 g onions 60 g fat 1 tbsp flour to taste salt

Put the lentils into the boiling meat broth and cook until soft. Then add the diced potatoes, onion and flour fried in fat and boil everything together. Before serving, put the cooked meat, ground pepper into the soup. Salt the soup after the lentils are cooked.
