Seared chopped young nettles with lovage on butter, after a while added diced bread, a little cumin and salt, all covered with water, boiled briefly and finally seasoned with grated garlic.

Ingredients:

1 l of water 40 g of butter 6 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs bread slices 1 handful of young nettles chives cumin salt

Procedure:

1. Chop the young nettles together with some cloves of lovage finely, peel and mash the garlic cloves, cut the bread slices into cubes
2. Then heat the butter in a saucepan and briefly fry the nettles and lovage, then add the sliced bread, a little cumin, salt and simmer everything for a while, then pour water and boil briefly
3. Finally, add the grated garlic to the soup and serve.
