Vietnamese Rolls

Milled pork mixed with boiled rice, chopped carrots and strips of Chinese cabbage. Another variation on the popular fried rice spring rolls.

Ingredients:

300 g of ground pork 150 g of Chinese cabbage 100 g of rice 1 pc ginger (small) 1 pc carrots soy sauce rice paper pepper oil

Procedure:

1. Mix the pork with cooked rice, diced carrots and strips of Chinese cabbage
2. Season with grated ginger, soy sauce and pepper
3. Stir the mixture and let it sit for an hour
4. Soak the rice paper and transfer it to a damp tea towel
5. Place 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the centre of the paper and roll up, folding the edges
6. Fry in a deep fryer in a high layer of oil.
