Vegetable Recipes cooked whole in a pressure cooker together with chicken legs and spices, the soup then served with noodles cooked separately, shredded meat, chopped Vegetable Recipes, parsley and chives, seasoned, according to the taste of the diner, with Vietnamese chilli sauce.

Procedure:
Pour water into a pressure cooker, add chicken thighs, cleaned root Vegetable Recipes, peeled onion, allspice, pepper, salt everything
Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package, drain and rinse under cold running water
Strain the soup, finely chop the Vegetable Recipes, skin the chicken thighs, put the pot with the broth on the heat source, add the sliced leeks to the broth, boil briefly
Put the pieces of meat into the broth, as well as the chopped Vegetable Recipes, season the broth to taste with salt, pepper, or soup seasoning if you use it
Serving: Place a pile of noodles in the bottom of a suitable soup bowl, add larger pieces of meat, pour in the hot broth with the Vegetable Recipes, sprinkle with chopped parsley and chives, serve with chilli sauce, which everyone adds to the soup to their taste.
