VIDORECEPT: Stuffed eggs with avocado
ingredients
4 pcs eggs 1 pcs large avocado 1/2 pcs lemon (juice) 1 pcs small hot pepper (if children are to eat it, omit) to taste salt, pepper, 1 tbsp sour cream

Big night to come, no matter what. Make yourself happy with healthy avocado stuffed eggs.

Hard boil the eggs (10 minutes). Carefully cut them in half lengthwise, remove the yolks. Place in a bowl with the peeled avocado, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Crush with a fork, mix well, you can also in a blender. If the mixture is too thick, put a little sour cream. But be careful not to let it get too thin. Add the hot peppers and fill the egg halves.

Place immediately in the refrigerator and remove just before serving.

TIP: If you want to stuff the eggs with a decorative pouch, don’t put pepperoni in there as it will clog the tube. Decorate the filled eggs with hot peppers.
