A very simple burger and original especially for breakfast. Try it out!
1. Preheat the pan. Add the bacon slices, which you fry on both sides. Take out. 2. Fry the gluten-free bread on both sides, about 4 minutes. 3. Take out. Drizzle Tabasco and Dijon mustard on each side of pastry. 4. Meanwhile, in a skillet, prepare the eggs, called oxtails, in a small mold. 5. Layer chopped tomato, arugula, browned bacon, cheddar cheese (which we flambé with a gun for a stronger flavor) 6. Finally, add the finished eggs and top with the gluten-free bread. 7.
