Venison broth with beef spike

This recipe came to mind during my hunger pangs, I got a craving for some strong broth. I still had some venison bones and beef tips lying around in the freezer. So I decided to make use of it.

Pour yourself a glass of well chilled beer, get your veggies and bones ready.

I always do this by preparing everything in a pot without water ie bones, spices, onions, garlic, tomatoes all nice and at once. Once I have everything in the pot I add cold water I do it in a bigger pot as the bones are bigger too.

I cook this combination of delicious bones and Vegetable Recipes for about 4 hours. I cook the meat for 3 hours and the last hour until the end of the fight I add the other Vegetable Recipes i.e. carrots, parsley and celery.

After 4 hours I strain the broth and add salt to taste and let the broth boil. After boiling everything is ready and we can enjoy a delicious strong broth.
