Velvet roll

ingredients

6 pcs eggs 5 tbsp granulated sugar 1/2 tbsp baking soda 3 tbsp cocoa powder 2 dl milk 1 packet Vanillin sugar Dr.Oetker 3 tbsp semi-coarse flour 250 g butter 6 tbsp powdered sugar 1 pk Egg ( for the cream) 3 KL cocoa for the cream

Excellent roll completely without flour

Cesto. Add granulated sugar, egg yolks, baking soda and cocoa one at a time.

Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180 C for about 10-15 min- depending on the oven.

Wrap the rolls carefully and remove the paper. Leave to cool.

Cream. Let cool , add softened butter and mix.

Divide the filling into 2 parts. Spread one part carefully on the roll , which you have carefully unrolled.

Add the sugar and cocoa to the other half and mix well. Spread over the white filling and roll the cake back into a roll. Place in the refrigerator.
