Vegetable with smoked meat

Greens prepared from sauerkraut, potatoes, smoked roast and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

500 g of potatoes 500 g 200 g smoked roast 50 g butter 500 ml of milk or sweet cream 3 pieces garlic cloves 1 pk onions 2 tsp ground pepper 1 tbsp bitter flour 1 tablespoon tomato paste ground black pepper cumin water salt fresh parsley for garnish

Procedure:

1. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes, wash them well in cold water
2. In a saucepan in melted butter, fry the minced paprika, immediately pour water over it and put the prepared potatoes, put to boil
3. Stir the flour into the milk or cream with a fork and pour the liquid into the boiling soup, stir and add a spoonful of puree, boil the soup and season it with salt and pepper
5. Cut the cooked smoked meat into cubes and let it warm up in the soup
6. Divide the finished cabbage soup on individual plates and decorate with chopped parsley.

Recommendation:

On individual portions on the plate you can pour a little sweet cream, the soup will be softer. The smoked can be replaced with sausage.
