Vegetable with mushrooms
A very hearty soup made from a broth of smoked meat, mushrooms, cabbage, potatoes, sour cream and other ingredients.

Procedure:
1. Fry the chopped onion in lard together with the sausage, when the onion turns golden add the mushrooms and pour a little stock, simmer the mushrooms until soft
2. Pour in the rest of the broth, add the chopped potatoes and cabbage, add half a bag of sweet paprika and cook until the potatoes and cabbage are soft
3. Finally, add the tomato paste (can be replaced with ketchup), stir and pour in the sour cream, season with pepper and salt and cook for 5 minutes.
Recommendation:
Serve with bread.
