Vegetable toast

Recipe for a meatless dish from Russia.

Ingredients:

200 g of pumpkin 200 g green 150 g kedluben 150 g carrots 70 g grits 40 g of butter 40 g 2 pcs eggplant 4 dl milk 1 tsp sugar breadcrumbs salt fat for browning

Procedure:

1. Grate the cleaned carrots and kohlrabi coarsely, pour hot milk, add salt, butter, sugar and simmer under a lid
2. After a while, add the cabbage cut into noodles, peeled and cut into pieces pumpkin and simmer everything until tender
3. When the Vegetable Recipes are soft, add the semolina and cook for 8-10 minutes
4. Remove the mixture from the stove, stir the egg yolks into the slightly cooled mixture and cool
5. Form oblong patties, coat them in lightly whisked egg whites, breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Supplement: Sour cream or milk sauce.
