200 g non-fat cottage cheese 150 g processed cheese 2 tbsp sour cream salt, pepper black ground spring onion with spinach, sterilized carrots, cucumber

Breakfast spread.
1.
Mix cottage cheese with processed cheese and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2.
Lightly stir in finely chopped young onion and its sprig, grated cucumber stripped of excess juice and drained sterilized carrots.
3.
Spread on wholemeal bread. Enjoy!
