Vegetable soup with yeast nightshade
Soup of sauteed Vegetable Recipes roasted in bacon, served with a side of yeast nightshade.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Peeled onion cut into small pieces, peeled carrot into thick rounds, peeled celery into small cubes and leek into slices
2. Add butter, instant yeast, salt, boil briefly, then add finely chopped onion, grated potatoes, flour, eggs and season with pepper, nutmeg and finely chopped parsley
4. Using two teaspoons, cut out the nightshades from the prepared mixture and put them into the boiling vegetable soup and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
