Vegetable Soup with Parmesan

Soup of spring Vegetable Recipes, garlic, spices and cooked rice, served with grated parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:

350 g of frozen spring Vegetable Recipes 250 g cooked rice 80 g grated Parmesan cheese 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pc of bay leaves 9 dl fruit broth 1 dl white wine 1 tbsp olive oil ground pepper thyme salt

Procedure:

1. 1. Season the soup base with thyme, bay leaf, then bring to the boil and cook for about 10 minutes
3. Season with salt and pepper, stir in the cooked rice and remove from the heat
4. Divide the finished soup into bowls and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
