Vegetable soup with gnocchi

1/2 pk onion a little oil 120 g carrots 100 g parsley 1/2 pk kohlrabi 200 g cauliflower 1 pk potatoes 1/2 pk leek pinches salt pinches ground black pepper 1 KL vegeta 1 tbsp parsley

1. Fry the finely chopped onion in hot oil. Add the cleaned, chopped carrots, parsley, kohlrabi and fry for a while, stirring constantly. Season with salt, ground black pepper, pour 750 ml of boiling water and cook until semi-soft. 2. Wash the cauliflower, break it into florets, cut the potato into cubes, chop the leeks and add everything to the soup. Season with vegetation and boil until tender. 3. Put the gnocchi into the boiling soup, let it boil gently for 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve. 4. Mix the egg, flour and salt into a smooth dough. Spoon out the gnocchi and drop into the soup.
