Vegetable soup with a touch of the Orient

100 g celery 200 g peas (frozen or sterilized) 200 g leek 100 ml cooking cream 2 cloves garlic 1 cube Podravka beef broth 1 tsp turmeric 1 tbsp chopped coriander 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp grated ginger 1 pk carrot 1 pk onion pk black pepper minced pk salt

Treat your loved ones with oriental soup with turmeric and enjoy the great taste from faraway lands.

Fry finely chopped onions in oil until golden brown.

Add Podravka broth. Let it boil, and when the soup boils, cook for about 10 minutes more on low heat.

Then add the peas and halved leeks. Cook for another 10 minutes and finally add the turmeric stirred into the cream, salt and pepper if needed.

Serve warm soup in bowls sprinkled with chopped coriander.

Row: To make the soup thicker, add 1 teaspoon of edible starch dissolved in a little water.
