Vegetable soup – Minestrone

ingredients

200 g chicken liver 80 g rice 60 g butter 80 g root Vegetable Recipes 1/4 pk kale 1 handful green peas a little green beans 1.5 liters bone broth a little ground black pepper to taste salt

1. Cook the rice or spaghetti in the bone broth. Fry the chicken livers, chopped small, in half the butter, pour a little of the broth over them and simmer until tender. Clean all the Vegetable Recipes, chop and sauté in the remaining butter. Add the stewed liver, the rice and pour in the stock. Simmer for a little longer. The soup should be thicker. 2. Serve with sliced bread toasted in butter or with grated parmesan.
