Vegetable skewer with cream dressing

ingredients

4 pcs medium zucchini (yellow and green) 4 pcs colored peppers 4 pcs medium red onions 4 pcs corn 5 tbsp rapeseed oil Raciol pcs salt, black pepper

For the cream dressing

200 g cream yoghurt 100 g mayonnaise 2 tbsp Raciol oil with basil pcs fresh herbs like parsley 1 pcs spring onions

Wash the greens and cut into approximately equal sized pieces. Alternately skewer them on a skewer, brush with oil, season with salt and pepper and grill on each side until crispy.

In a bowl, mix together the cream, mayonnaise, seasoned oil and chopped herbs along with the spring onions. Serve the cream dressing with the grilled skewers.
