Vegetable salad with kiwi

4 pcs carrots 1 pcs large white radish 4 pcs kiwi 2 handfuls truffle 2 pcs tomato 2 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tbsp salt 1 tbsp basil 1 dl water 1 tbsp honey pcs seeds, raisins for garnish
procedure
1. Grate the carrots and radishes coarsely and place in a large bowl. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, and the kiwifruit as well. 2. Mix the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad. Toss well and add the spring onions. 3. Garnish with seeds and raisins before serving. Enjoy!
