Vegetable salad with egg and avocado

2 pcs celery stems (2 stems) 1 handful fresh baby spinach 50 g diced cheese 2 pcs radish 1/2 pcs yellow pepper 1/2 pcs ripe avocado 1/2 pcs lemon (juice) ground black pepper salt 1 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp grated Parmesan 2 pcs boiled egg black sesame seeds

In a deep bowl, progressively add sliced celery stalk, chopped fresh baby spinach, sliced radish, diced cheese, diced bell pepper, diced avocado, and sliced avocado.

Spray the greens with lemon juice, salt and pepper, add olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese.

Toss everything together and let it rest for a while to combine the flavours.

Serve on a plate along with a pre-cooked egg.

Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
