5 pcs hard-boiled egg pcs arugula, cucumber, tomato, iceberg lettuce and other types of lettuce 1 cup white cream yoghurt pcs sea salt 150 g hard cheese

Quick hearty salad.
1. Cut the boiled eggs into quarters. 2. In a large bowl, chop and tear a variety of lettuce , tomatoes , arugula. Season with yogurt,salt and pepper. Toss. 3. Finally, add the egg quarters,diced hard cheese to the salad and gently toss. Serve with fresh baguette. Enjoy.
