2 pk egg 1 pk spring onion 1 pk spring onion 1 pk colored pepper 2 pk tomato 1 handful olives 20 g Feta cheese 1 tbsp oil 1 pinch oregano to taste salt to taste ground black pepper
procedure
1. Chop the spring onions finely. Wash the Vegetable Recipes and cut into smaller pieces. Crumble the cheese with a fork. 2. Saute the spring onions and peppers in hot oil in a frying pan. Add the tomatoes and olives and simmer until almost all the water has evaporated. Season the Vegetable Recipes with oregano, salt and pepper and pour in the beaten eggs. 3. Keep stirring the scrambled eggs and when the eggs begin to set, add the cheese and set the scrambled eggs aside. Immediately put it on plates and serve with fresh bread.
