a little oil 1 pk onion to taste salt to taste ground black pepper 2 pk carrots 1 handful green beans 250 g rice a little vegetable broth 1 tbsp ground red pepper 1 handful sweet corn

Fry the finely chopped onion in oil and season with salt and pepper.

Stir in the grated carrots and finely chopped kidney beans with the rinsed rice

Pour in the hot broth, add the ground red pepper and simmer on low heat under a lid.
