Vegetable Recipes in omelette

Egg omelettes served filled with steamed Vegetable Recipes.

Ingredients:

300 g of young zucchini 12 pcs 4 pcs of pine nuts 4 pcs pepper 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp butter salt For omelets: 4 tablespoons of cream 100 g ham 8 pcs of egg ground pepper oil salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the cleaned peppers into strips, slice the scallions and zucchini into rounds and slice the cocktail tomatoes
2. Lightly fry the chopped Vegetable Recipes in hot oil and butter, then season the mixture with salt and simmer briefly
3. Whisk the eggs with the cream, add salt and pepper and stir in the finely chopped ham
4. In a frying pan, cook 4 omelettes in heated oil, fill them with Vegetable Recipes and serve.
