50 g plain flour 40 g butter 3 pcs carrots 5 pcs potatoes 1/2 pcs cabbage 1 handful of dried mushrooms 1 pcs parsley 1 pcs celery 10 pcs whole allspice 5 pcs bay leaves 2 pcs red cabbage a little salt a little pepper
procedure
1. Soak the mushrooms in the water for an hour, then pour it off. Clean the Vegetable Recipes, cut into cubes, chop the spinach. 2. Prepare a light roux of flour and butter. Pour water over it, approximately two litres. Add mushrooms, cabbage, root Vegetable Recipes, potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about half an hour. Then add the chopped peppers, the spinach and bring to the boil. Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley.
