Vegetable pancakes

1 packet frozen mixed Vegetable Recipes (peas, corn, carrots, cauliflower) 2 handfuls oatmeal pcs herb salt

Vegetable pancakes are often made, depending on the type of Vegetable Recipes in the fridge or freezer.

Thaw frozen Vegetable Recipes, bring to a boil over medium heat, add salt. Then mash it slightly. If using fresh Vegetable Recipes, boil them until tender and then mash the cauliflower. Add the flakes to the vegetable flesh, let stand.

From the mass we form pancakes, which we put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake until crispy. Serve with healthy whole grain rice and some vegetable salad. Enjoy.
