Vegetable-mushroom risotto by me
ingredients
300 g basmati rice frozen Vegetable Recipes diced frozen or fresh mushrooms 1 tsp salt, black pepper, turmeric, curry powder, ground sweet red pepper cube of butter
procedure

Cook the rice classically. I cook rice by washing rice at least 5 times in lukewarm water. I pour 1 cm more water into the rice than the rice is salted. When the rice starts to cook, I always turn down the heat so that the rice cooks in its own steam.

I melt the butter in a pan. Into the heated butter, I add a mixture of Vegetable Recipes of my choice and frozen mushrooms if I don’t have fresh mushrooms. I season the Vegetable Recipes with a spice mix. I sauté the Vegetable Recipes over medium heat until softened.
3.
When the rice and Vegetable Recipes are done, I mix them together and that’s it. Enjoy!
