Vegetable meatballs
ingredients
1 pk onion a little oil 650 g cooked Vegetable Recipes from the soup 2 pk bun a little vegetable broth 2 pk egg 1 tbsp parsley 1 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp vegeta 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper a little breadcrumbs to thicken and coat a little oil for frying
procedure
1. Fry the finely chopped onion in hot oil and let it cool. Cut the cooked Vegetable Recipes from the soup (peas, carrots, celery, parsley) into cubes and soak the buns in the broth. 2. Wring out the bread rolls and add them to the Vegetable Recipes together with the eggs and onion. Season with salt, pepper, veggies, spinach and mix well. Thicken the mixture with breadcrumbs to form meatballs. 3. Form meatballs from the mixture and coat in breadcrumbs. Fry them in a frying pan in hot oil on both sides until golden brown. Serve with boiled potatoes or vegetable salad.
