Vegetable curry soup with egg

ingredients

3 tbsp butter 2 tbsp baby semolina 2 pcs egg to taste curry spices 1 cl vegeta to taste Vegetable Recipes peas, carrots, kohlrabi to taste parsley, possibly chopped chives

1. Melt the butter, stir in and fry the baby semolina. Add 2 beaten eggs stir, sprinkle with curry spices, veggies, salt and water. Add Vegetable Recipes to taste and cook until tender. Finally, sprinkle with parsley or chopped chives. 2. Enjoy:-)
