Vegetable aspic

Spiced with broccoli, peas, carrots and peppers.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 80 g broccoli 80 g corn (sterilized) 80 g peas (sterilized) 80 g peppers 80 g carrots 40 g plain gelatin 400 ml vegetable broth 2 tbsp vinegar ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Add the broccoli florets, diced carrots and peppers to boiling salted water and simmer for about 5 minutes
2. Then drain the Vegetable Recipes and let them cool (put them on ice to cool down)
3. Let the gelatine slices swell according to the instructions
4. Put them in the vegetable broth and heat until they dissolve
5. Salt, pepper and season with vinegar
6. Spread some of the Vegetable Recipes in the bottom of the mould and pour the broth over them
7. Put the mould in the fridge for a while and then repeat the process
8. Allow to set well, remove from the mould and slice before serving.
