Classic thick soup made from smoked bones, sauerkraut, potatoes and other ingredients, cooked according to the recipe of Nadi Indruchová.

Procedure:
1. Cook the bones along with the spices until tender
2. Strain the broth, add the cabbage, which we will cut as required
3. Cook the diced potatoes in salted water
4. Boil the cabbage for about 10 minutes, then add the starter, which you can prepare simply by dissolving the flour in a little water, pour the roux to the cabbage and cook over low heat for another 10 minutes
5. Add the cooked potatoes, the defended and chopped meat (if not eaten .-)), add the cream and season with salt, pepper, possibly vinegar and a pinch of sugar
