Recipe from Switzerland for braised veal.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Fry the finely chopped onion in the heated fat, stir in the ground pepper and after it has browned, pour 3 tablespoons of water over it
2. Add the diced meat, season with salt and simmer under the lid until almost tender
3. When the meat is almost tender, add cream whisked with flour and simmer until the meat is tender.
Recommendation:
Supplement: Cooked macaroni topped with grated cheese and finely chopped ham.
