Veal shoulder on tomatoes
Carcass slices rubbed with garlic and sauteed with tomatoes and rosemary.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Rub the veal shoulder with rubbed garlic and salt
2. Pepper the meat, put it in hot oil, add sliced tomatoes, scallions, rosemary, parsley, salt and simmer, on low flame, until tender 3. When stewing, pour a few tablespoons of hot water over the meat
4. Remove the soft meat and onions, squeeze out the juices and season with salt if necessary.
