Veal paupiettes with Cookeo

Here is a version of the classic veal paupiettes recipe, this time with Cookeo which makes the preparation even easier. This recipe contains different Vegetable Recipes that make it quite light and complete.
Ingredients: 5 veal paupiettes 2 carrots 2 onions 500 g button mushrooms A little thyme 10 g ginger 20 cl liquid cream 15 cl water Salt and pepper Preparation:
Start by cutting the mushrooms in half, slice the carrots, then slice the onions.
Cook the paupiettes in the cookeo tank in browning mode, with the thyme, then add the onions. At the end of cookingstay warm.
Put the mushrooms and carrots in the tank and fry them with the ginger, then add your first preparation.
Add the cream and water, then start the quick cooking, under pressure for 10 minutes.
