Varied vegetable salad for lunch or dinner

1 packet of valerian 3 pcs smaller cucumbers 4 stalks of celery stalks with the sprig 1 pcs onion (sliced thinly) 5 pcs bush tomatoes 1 pcs avocado balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp olive oil salt, ground black pepper pepper for salads 1/2 pcs lemon juice

This salad is packed with vitamin fiber and extremely juicy. You can use it as a side dish, but in our family it figures as a light dinner on its own. If you need a more filling meal, add boiled eggs, pumpkin or sunflower seeds, cheese, salmon or chicken.

Prepare everything you need.

Peel and chop the onion. Add it to the rinsed field valerian.

Cut the cucumbers and tomatoes. Add to salad bowl.

Clean the celery stalks, pick the young tender stalks and pull the fibers off.
5.
Slice the celery, as well as a piece of the celery sprig, and add to the salad.
6.
Clean and slice the avocado and tuck into the bowl with the other Vegetable Recipes.
7.
Add olive oil, juice of half a lemon, Himalayan salt, salad seasoning and mix everything well.
8.
Let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours and serve.
